We are currently seeking an experience administrators with a variety of skills for some short & long term assignments. These assignments can vary from a few weeks, few months or ongoing so flexibility is key.
To be successful you will need to have:
- Demonstrated Reception/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A bright, bubbly personality with a professional phone manner
- The ability and desire to work in a fast paced, friendly environment
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain that information
