Allstaff believes it has two customers it serves with equal importance and those are the paying customer and the employee.  Without high quality candidates, our paying customers are unlikely to fill key positions within their organisations.  For that reason, we place as much emphasis on our relationship with our customer as we do with our employees so as to engender trust, development, participation and communication to ensure a long term relationship and partnership is developed.  The following schematic shows Allstaff’s philosophy in this regard
